    Wildwood Mayor Ernie Troiano said there were no significant problems and plenty of benefits to having Donald Trump in town over the weekend for a massive rally on the beach. He cast doubt on the campaign’s crowd estimate and called for more respect and civility when people disagree.

      The three Democratic candidates for U.S. Senate in New Jersey will participate in a debate at 6 p.m. May 13 in South Orange, Essex County, and it will be livestreamed on the American Civil Liberties Union of New Jersey's social media sites.

      The island's hotels and motels benefited from former President and current Republican presidential candidate Donald J. Trump's rally Saturday, with many receiving phone calls and reservations from across the world following the event, Wildwood officials said.
